On campus users are automatically logged in to the library's databases and online resources. However, if you are off campus or in the dorms, you must log in with your RIC User ID (example: kayton_5744) and RIC Password .
Do not use your entire RIC email.
If you have difficulty logging into library specific resources, please contact Kieran Ayton, Electronic Resources Librarian at kayton@ric.edu.
If you cannot login to any RIC portal, including Office 365 email, Blackboard, etc, you can try resetting your RIC password. For additional help with this, email helpdesk@ric.edu
