If you cannot login to the library databases from off campus and you have not reset your password in a while, you may need to reset your RIC password here: https://servicecenter.ric.edu/TDClient/1794/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=147239

This will reset your password for all your RIC logins (Email, Blackboard, MyRIC Portal, etc).  However, it should fix the login issue with the library databases.
